Peanut Butter Bread - Michelle Wiles


PEANUT BUTTER BREAD

Ingredients
1½ CUP PLAIN FLOUR

1 CUP SUGAR

½ CUP CHUNKY PEANUT BUTTER  
           
1 EGG (BEATEN)

1 TABLESPOON BAKING POWDER

½ TEASPOON SALT

1 CUP OATS

1 CUP MILK

Directions
COMBINE FLOUR, SUGAR, BAKING POWDER, AND SALT. 

CUT IN PEANUT BUTTER.

ADD OATS, EGG, AND MILK. MIX WELL.

POUR INTO A GREASED LOAF PAN.

BAKE ON 350 DEGREES FOR 1 HOUR. 

ALLOW BREAD TO COOL 10 MINUTES BEFORE REMOVING FROM PAN.
