Earthquake Cake - Michelle Wiles

EARTHQUAKE CAKE

Ingredients

1 BOX GERMAN CHOCOLATE CAKE MIX

1 CUP CHOPPED PECANS

1 CUP COCONUT

1 STICK BUTTER (MELTED) 

1 8 OUNCE CREAM CHEESE 

1 BOX POWDERED SUGAR

Directions

MIX CAKE AS DIRECTED ON BOX.

LAYER NUTS AND COCONUT IN THE BOTTOM OF A GREASED 9 X 13 PAN.

ADD CAKE BATTER.

IN A BOWL, MIX CREAM CHEESE AND POWDERED SUGAR UNTIL CREAMY.

POUR OVER CAKE BATTER. 

BAKE ON 350 DEGREES FOR 35 TO 45 MINUTES.
