A children’s home with twenty eager children waiting for someone to adopt them and give them a loving home. A young couple who can’t have children talks with the person in charge of adoption and hears about each child’s situation. After much prayer, they make a selection. The other nineteen are disappointed they were not selected, but the one child is overjoyed that love chose her. God chooses people for his family, and the choice has purpose. He chooses us in Christ. Only those who respond to God’s call and elect to follow him in obedience are chosen. Once we enter the relationship, God begins conforming us to the likeness of his Son.
