Beef Noodle Casserole by Michelle Wiles

 
Ingredients
2 POUNDS HAMBURGER

1 SMALL ONION (CHOPPED)

2 8 OUNCE CANS TOMATO SAUCE

1CUP SOUR CREAM

3 OUNCES CREAM CHEESE

1 TABLESPOON SUGAR

SALT/PEPPER

7 CUPS EGG NOODLES (COOKED, DRAINED)

2 CUPS SHREDDED CHEESE

 
Directions
COOK MEAT AND ONIONS TOGETHER. DRAIN.

STIR IN TOMATO SAUCE, SOUR CREAM, CREAM CHEESE, SUGAR, SALT, AND PEPPER.

IN A GREASED CASSEROLE DISH, PLACE HALF OF THE COOKED NOODLES.

TOP WITH MEAT MIXTURE.

REPEAT LAYERS.

COAT WITH CHEESE.

COVER AND BAKE AT 350 FOR 30-35 MINUTES.
