Ingredients
1 BAG FROZEN TATER TOTS
1 POUND GROUND BEEF
SALT/PEPPER
1 BELL PEPPER (CHOPPED)
1 ONION (CHOPPED)
2 CUPS SHREDDED CHEDDAR CHEESE
¼ CUP KETCHUP
1/4 CUP WATER
Directions
COOK GROUND BEEF, ONIONS, AND PEPPERS. DRAIN.
MIX WATER AND KETCHUP, AND ADD TO THE MEAT MIXTURE.
IN A 9 X 13 CASSEROLE DISH, PLACE ONE-HALF OF THE TOTS ON THE BOTTOM.
TOP WITH MEAT MIXTURE, AND ADD ONE-FOURTH OF THE CHEESE.
ADD THE REST OF THE TOTS, AND TOP WITH REMAINING CHEESE.
BAKE AT 350 DEGREES FOR 25 TO 30 MINUTES.
