1 CAN CHOPPED OKRA
1 CAN ROTEL
1 CAN TOMATO SAUCE
1 CAN CORN
SALT/PEPPER
GARLIC
Directions
COOK BEEF IN 1 ½ QUART WATER. MORE IF YOU NEED IT.
CHOP VEGETABLES.
WHEN BEEF IS TENDER, ADD VEGETABLES (ADD CORN LAST) AND SEASONING.
SIMMER ON LOW FOR A WHILE.
SERVE WITH CORNBREAD.
