Sweet Potato Corn Bread - Michelle Wiles

Sweet Potato Corn Bread


1 ½ Cups Cornmeal Mix

¼ Cup Sugar

1 Tablespoon Cinnamon

2 Eggs (Beaten)

¼ Cup Crisco

1 Cup Mashed Sweet Potatoes

1 ¼ Cup Buttermilk


Mix together cornmeal, sugar, and cinnamon.

Add Crisco, eggs, and potatoes.

Bake in a greased pan at 350 degrees until firm and golden brown.
