Cheddar Bread - Michelle Wiles




CHEDDAR BREAD

Ingredients

1 ¾ CUP PLAIN FLOUR

2 ½ TEASPOONS BAKING POWDER

¾ TEASPOON SALT  

1 CUP SHREDDED CHEDDAR CHEESE

1 EGG (BEATEN)

¾ CUP MILK

1/3 CUP VEGETABLE OIL

¼ CUP SUGAR

Directions

IN A BOWL, BEAT TOGETHER EGG, MILK, AND OIL.

ADD ALL OTHER INGREDIENTS AND MIX WELL.

POUR BATTER INTO A GREASED LOAF PAN.

BAKE ON 400 DEGREES FOR 35 MINUTES OR UNTIL DONE.
