Corn Bread Muffins by Michelle Wiles



CORN BREAD MUFFINS

Ingredients
2 CUPS MARTHA WHITE CORNMEAL MIX

1 EGG

1 1/3 CUP BUTTERMILK

¼ CUP OIL

2 TEASPOONS SUGAR

Directions
MIX ALL TOGETHER UNTIL BLENDED.

COOK IN GREASED MUFFIN PANS.

BAKE AT 425 FOR 15 MINUTES.
