BLACK BEAN SPIRALS

4 OZ. CREAM CHEESE
¼ C. SOUR CREAM
½ C. MONTEREY JACK CHEESE
¼ TSP. ONION SALT
1 CAN BLACK BEANS (DRAINED AND RINSED)
3 10” FLOUR TORTILLA SHELLS
SALSA

BEAT CREAM CHEESE, SOUR CREAM, AND SALT UNTIL WELL BLENDED.

PLACE BEANS IN CHOPPER (CHOP UNTIL SMOOTH).

SPREAD CHEESE MIXTURE OVER BEANS. ROLL UP TIGHTLY.

WRAP IN PLASTIC WRAP AND CHILL FOR 30 MINS.

SLICE AND SERVE WITH SALSA.
