Rice Pudding by Michelle Wiles
4c. cooked rice
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
3 eggs (slightly beaten)
2 c. milk
Mix all ingredients together and place in a casserole dish.
Bake on 350 for 30 mins.
