Ingredients
1 pound dried Great Northern beans
1 pack of skinless smoked sausage
1 large Vidalia onion
salt and pepper
Directions
Separate out any broken beans.
Soak in cold water overnight.
Slice smoked sausage.
Cut onion in half.
Place all ingredients in a crockpot, and fill half full with water.
Cook on high for two hours and then on low for two hours or until beans are soft.
Serve and enjoy.
