Ingredients
1 CAN WHOLE KERNEL CORN
1 CAN CREAM-STYLE CORN
1 PACKAGE JIFFY CORNBREAD MIX
1 CUP SOUR CREAM
1 STICK BUTTER (MELTED)
2 CUPS SHREDDED CHEDDAR CHEESE
Directions
IN A BOWL, MIX ALL INGREDIENTS EXCEPT THE CHEESE.
POUR INTO A GREASED CASSEROLE DISH AND BAKE AT 350 DEGREES FOR FORTY-FIVE MINUTES.
REMOVE FROM THE OVEN AND TOP WITH CHEESE.
RETURN TO OVEN FOR FIVE MINUTES OR UNTIL CHEESE IS MELTED.
