MIX THE FIRST 4 INGREDIENTS.
ADD 7-UP. MIX WELL.
BAKE IN 4 LAYERS AT 325 FOR 25 TO 30 MINUTES.
FROSTING
Ingredients
1 LARGE CRUSHED PINEAPPLE
2 EGGS (BEATEN)
1 SMALL CAN OF COCONUT
1 STICK MARGARINE
1 ½ CUP SUGAR
1 CUP CHOPPED NUTS
2 TABLESPOON FLOUR
Directions
IN A POT, COOK PINEAPPLE, SUGAR, FLOUR, EGGS, AND MARGARINE UNTIL THICK.
ADD COCONUT AND PECANS.
SPREAD BETWEEN LAYERS AND ON TOP.
