Ingredients
1/2 CUP BUTTER (SOFTENED)
2/3 CUP SUGAR
2 EGGS
1/2 CUP BROWN SUGAR
2 TABLESPOONS MILK
3/4 CUP PLAIN FLOUR
1/2 TEASPOON BAKING POWDER
1/4 TEASPOON SALT
1/4 CUP CREAMY PEANUT BUTTER
1/3 CUP PEANUT BUTTER CHIPS
1/3 CUP COCOA
1/2 CUP CHOCOLATE CHIPS
Directions
CREAM BUTTER AND SUGAR.
ADD EGGS AND MILK AND MIX WELL.
COMBINE FLOUR, BAKING POWDER, AND SALT.
ADD TO CREAMED MIXTURE AND MIX WELL.
IN ONE BOWL, MIX ONE HALF OF THE BATTER, PEANUT BUTTER, AND PEANUT BUTTER CHIPS.
IN ANOTHER BOWL, MIX THE OTHER HALF OF THE BATTER, COCOA, AND CHOCOLATE CHIPS.
IN A GREASED 9 INCH PAN, SPOON CHOCOLATE BATTER IN 8 MOUNDS.
SPOON 7 MOUNDS OF PEANUT BUTTER BATTER BETWEEN THE CHOCOLATE MOUNDS, FORMING A CHECKERBOARD PATTERN.
SWIRL THROUGH THE BATTER WITH A KNIFE.
BAKE ON 350 DEGREES FOR 25 TO 30 MINUTES.
