Nachos by Michelle Wiiles


Ingredients
1 POUND GROUND BEEF

1 PACKAGE TACO SEASONING

SLICED CHEDDAR  OR JACK CHEESE

SLICED JALAPENO

ROUND TORTILLA CHIPS

Directions
CRUMBLE BEEF IN PAN AND COOK.

ADD TACO SEASONING AND WATER.

COOK UNTIL WATER IS REDUCED AND MIXTURE STICKS TOGETHER.

PLACE TORTILLA CHIPS ON A PIZZA PAN.

LAYER MEAT, CHEESE, AND JALAPENO ON EACH CHIP.

BAKE AT 400 UNTIL CHEESE MELTS.

***SERVE WITH SOUR CREAM***
