Carrot Pineapple Pound Cake - Michelle Wiles



CARROT PINEAPPLE POUND CAKE


Ingredients

1 BOX OF CARROT CAKE MIX


1/3 CUP VEGETABLE OIL


1 CAN COCONUT PECAN ICING


4 EGGS


1 CUP MILK


½ CUP SUGAR


1 LARGE CAN CRUSHED PINEAPPLE (DRAINED)


Directions

MIX ALL INGREDIENTS EXCEPT ICING TOGETHER.


FOLD IN ICING.


POUR INTO A GREASED TUBE PAN.


BAKE ON 350 DEGREES FOR 35 TO 40 MINUTES.
