Coconut Pie - Michelle Wiles



COCONUT PIE

Ingredients
3 EGGS (SLIGHTLY BEATEN)

1 CUP SUGAR

2/3 CUP MILK

1 CUP COCONUT

1 TEASPOON VANILLA

3 TABLESPOONS BUTTER (MELTED)

FROZEN PIE SHELL

Directions
MIX ALL INGREDIENTS AND POUR INTO THE PIE SHELL.

DOUBLE THE BATCH IF YOU WOULD LIKE 2 PIES.

BAKE ON 350 DEGREES FOR 25 TO 30 MINUTES.
