Salmon Patties - Michelle Wiles


FRIED SALMON PATTIES

Ingredients
1 LARGE CAN SALMON

2 EGGS

1 TABLESPOON VINEGAR

1 TABLESPOON CORNMEAL

1 TABLESPOON SELF-RISING FLOUR

SALT/PEPPER

Directions
DEBONE AND CLEAN SKIN FROM SALMON.

ADD OTHER INGREDIENTS AND MIX WELL.

FRY IN HOT OIL.
