CHOCOLATE POUND CAKE

Ingredients

1 BOX CHOCOLATE CAKE MIX        

8 OUNCES SOUR CREAM

½ CUP BUTTERMILK

½ CUP VEG. OIL

1/2 CUP SUGAR

4 EGGS

1 TEASPOON VANILLA

Directions

MIX ALL INGREDIENTS TOGETHER. 

BEAT ON MEDIUM SPEED FOR 2 MINUTES.

BAKE IN A GREASED AND FLOURED TUBE PAN ON 350 DEGREES 

FOR 35 TO 40 MINUTES.

GLAZE

Ingredients

1 CUP POWDERED SUGAR

2 TABLESPOONS MILK

½ TEASPOON VANILLA

Directions

STIR TOGETHER AND DRIZZLE OVER CAKE.
