RED VELVET TRUFFLES

Ingredients

1 BOX OF RED VELVET CAKE MIX  

1 CAN  CREAM CHEESE ICING

1 BLOCK WHITE CHOCOLATE

Directions

BAKE THE CAKE AS DIRECTED ON BOX. LET COOL.

CRUMBLE THE CAKE INTO A BOWL.

ADD CREAM CHEESE ICING, MIX TOGETHER, AND ROLL INTO BALLS.

PLACE ON WAX PAPER.

MELT CHOCOLATE AS DIRECTED ON PACKAGE.

DIP BALLS AND PLACE ON WAX PAPER TO HARDEN.

NOTE: MAY ALSO USE OTHER TYPES OF CAKE MIX
