Southern Fried Chicken Strips by Michelle Wiles

 
Ingredients
1 EGG

½ C. BUTTERMILK

1 C. PLAIN FLOUR

 ½ TSP. GARLIC POWDER

1 ½ TSP. PEPPER

½ TSP. SALT

½ TSP. PAPRIKA

2LBS. CHICKEN TENDERLOINS

OIL FOR FRYING

Directions
WHISK EGG & BUTTERMILK IN 1 BOWL.

COMBINE FLOUR, GARLIC POWDER, PEPPER, SALT, AND PAPRIKA.

DIP CHICKEN IN EGG MIXTURE, FLOUR, AND THEN IN EGG MIXTURE AGAIN.

HEAT OIL TO 375 DEGREES.

FRY CHICKEN 2-3 MINS EACH SIDE.
