Vegetable Squares by Michelle Wiles

 
Ingredients
2 CANS CRESCENT ROLLS

16 OUNCES. CREAM CHEESE

1 CUP MAYONNAISE

1 PACK RANCH DRESSING MIX

¾ CUP CHOPPED BROCCOLI

¾ CUP CHOPPED CARROTTS

¾ CUP CHOPPED CAULIFLOWER

1 CUP SHREDDED CHEESE
 
Instructions
SPREAD CRESCENT ROLLS IN A JELLY ROLL PAN, PINCHING THE EDGES TO SEAL.

 BRUSH WITH A BEATEN EGG, AND BAKE AT 350 FOR 11-13 MINUTES. LET COOL.

MIX CREAM CHEESE, MAYONNAISE, AND DRESSING MIX. BEAT UNTIL SMOOTH. SPREAD ON PASTRY.

SPRINKLE WITH CHEESE AND VEGETABLES.
CHILL FOR 2 HOURS.

CUT INTO SMALL SQUARES.

OPTIONAL: ADD 1 BAG REAL BACON BITS OR CUBED HAM TO TOP
