Hummingbird Cake by Michelle Wiles

EASY HUMMINGBIRD CAKE



1 BOX DUNCAN HINES YELLOW CAKE MIX
1 (3.4 OZ) VANILLA INSTANT PUDDING
1/2 C. VEG. OIL
1 (8OZ.) CRUSHED PINEAPPLE
4 EGGS
1 T. GROUND CINNAMON
1/2 C. CHOPPED PECANS
1 RIPENED BANANA (MASHED)
1/4 C. MARASCHIO CHERRIES

RESERVE JUICE FROM PINEAPPLE PLUS WATER TO MAKE 1 C.
MIX ALL INGREDIENTS EXCEPT BANANA, PECANS, AND CHERRIES.
MIX WELL, AND STIR IN REMAINING INGREDIENTS. POUR INTO A GREASED TUBE PAN.
BAKE AT 350 FOR 45-50 MINS.
