Jalapeno Corn Bread - Michelle Wiles


JALAPENO CORN BREAD

Ingredients
1 CUP CORN MEAL MIX
2 EGGS (BEATEN)
                                   
       ½ CUP SHREDDED CHEDDAR CHEESE

1 CUP BUTTERMILK

1 CAN CREAM STYLE CORN

¼ CUP OIL

2 TABLESPOONS MINCED FRESH JALAPENO PEPPER

Directions
COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS TOGETHER AND MIX WELL.

POUR INTO A GREASED 9” PAN. 

BAKE ON 350 DEGREES FOR 45 MINUTES.
