FRITO’S CHILI PIE CASSEROLE
Ingredients
2 ½ CUPS CORN CHIPS
1 ONION (CHOPPED)
2 ½ CUPS CHILI (HOMEMADE OR CAN)
1 CUP SHREDDED CHEDDAR CHEESE
Directions
PLACE ½ OF THE CORN CHIPS IN A BAKING DISH.
SPRINKLE WITH ONION AND ½ OF THE CHEESE.
TOP WITH CHILI (RECIPE CAN BE FOUND ON THE RECIPE BANK PAGE) AND THEN THE REMAINDER OF CHEESE.
BAKE AT 350 DEGREES FOR 15 MINUTES.
