Lemon Delight - Michelle Wiles

LEMON DELIGHT

Ingredients

3 ½ CUPS OF MILK

1 8 OUNCE CREAM CHEESE(SOFTENED)

2 SMALL INSTANT LEMON PUDDING MIX

½ CUP BUTTER (SOFTENED) 

½ CUP POWDERED SUGAR

1 LARGE COOL WHIP

1 PACKAGE LEMON CREAM FILLED COOKIES

Directions

WHISK PUDDING AND MILK TOGETHER; SET ASIDE.

IN ANOTHER BOWL, BEAT CREAM CHEESE, BUTTER, AND SUGAR UNTIL SMOOTH.

ADD PUDDING; STIR UNTIL BLENDED.

FOLD COOL WHIP INTO PUDDING MIXTURE. 

RESERVE ¼ CUP OF COOL WHIP AND COOKIES FOR GARNISH.

IN A LARGE GLASS BOWL, LAYER INGREDIENTS STARTING AND ENDING WITH COOKIES.

TOP WITH RESERVED COOL WHIP AND COOKIES. REFRIGERATE.
