Taco Casserole by Michelle Wiles


Ingredients
1 POUND GROUND BEEF

1 ONION (CHOPPED)

½ GREEN PEPPER (CHOPPED)
      
8 OUNCES FROZEN CORN

2 TABLESPOONS TACO SEASONING

2/3 CUPS WATER

8 OUNCES SALSA

2 CUPS SHREDDED CHEESE

TORTILLA CHIPS

Directions
BROWN MEAT, ONION, AND PEPPER TOGETHER.

ADD CORN, TACO SEASONING, WATER, AND SALSA.

MIX ALL TOGETHER.

SPREAD HALF IN A BAKING DISH.

TOP WITH HALF CHIPS AND CHEESE.

SPREAD REMAINING MEAT.

TOP WITH CHIPS AND CHEESE.

BAKE AT 350 AT 20 MINS.
