1 /3 CUP MILK
4 TABLESPOON MAYONNAISE
1 POUND SAUSAGE
½ CUP ONIONS (CHOPPED)
1 EGG
2 CUPS SHREDDED CHEESE
2 4 OZ. CANS GREEN CHILES (CHOPPED)
Ingredients
MIX BISQUICK, MILK AND 2 TABLESPOONS OF MAYONNAISE.
SPREAD INTO GREASED 13 X 9 PAN.
SAUTE SAUSAGE AND ONION.
DRAIN FAT AND SPREAD OVER BISQUICK MIX.
BEAT EGG WITH REMAINING MAYONNAISE, CHEESE, AND CHILES AND SPREAD OVER MEAT.
BAKE AT 375 FOR 25 MINUTES.
CUT INTO ONE INCH SQUARES.
