Coconut Pie

Ingredients
3 EGGS (SLIGHTLY BEATEN)

1 CUP SUGAR

2/3 CUP MILK

1 CUP COCONUT

1 TEASPOON VANILLA

3 TABLESPOONS BUTTER (MELTED)

FROZEN PIE SHELL

Directions
MIX ALL INGREDIENTS AND POUR INTO THE PIE SHELL.

DOUBLE THE BATCH IF YOU WOULD LIKE TWO PIES.

BAKE AT 350 DEGREES FOR 25 TO 30 MINUTES.

Turtle Brownie Pie

 



Ingredients
1 BOX OF FAMILY SIZE BROWNIE MIX 

1 LARGE CONTAINER OF COOL WHIP

CHOCOLATE SYRUP          

1 CONTAINER OF CARAMEL DIP

1 LARGE BOX OF VANILLA INSTANT PUDDING     

1 JAR OF PECANS IN SYRUP

Directions
COOK BROWNIES AS DIRECTED ON BOX.

IN A BOWL, MIX PUDDING ACCORDING TO DIRECTIONS ON THE BOX.

FOLD IN COOL WHIP.

IN A LARGE BOWL, LAYER HALF OF EACH OF THE CRUMBLED BROWNIE, PUDDING MIXTURE, CARAMEL, PECANS, AND CHOCOLATE SYRUP.

REPEAT. 

COVER AND REFRIGERATE.

Pecan Pie

 


Ingredients
1 CUP SUGAR

1 CUP BROWN SUGAR

1 STICK BUTTER

2 TABLESPOONS FLOUR

¾ CUP MILK

3 EGGS (BEATEN)

1 TEASPOON VANILLA

1 CUP CHOPPED PECANS

2 UNBAKED PIE SHELLS

Directions
CREAM FIRST 4 INGREDIENTS, AND THEN ADD REMAINING INGREDIENTS.

STIR TO BLEND WELL.

POUR INTO PIE SHELLS.

BAKE AT 350 DEGREES FOR 30 MINUTES OR UNTIL FIRM.

Skillet Apple Pie

 

Ingredients
1 can apple pie filling
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 can 8 homestyle biscuits
1 stick butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1/2 cup powdered sugar
3 tablespoons cream or milk

Directions
Pour apple pie filling onto a cutting board and cut into bite-sized pieces.
Mix in vanilla and stir until mixed.
In a bowl, mix melted butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon until smooth.
Cut canned biscuits into bite-sized pieces and add to bowl.
Add in apple pie mixture and stir.
Pour into skillet.
Cook at 375 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
While cooking, make glaze: whisk together 1/2 cup powdered sugar with 3 tablespoons of cream or milk.

BAKE ON 350 DEGREES FOR 30 TO 35 MINUTES.

Ingredients
2 GRAHAM CRACKER CRUST
      
8 OUNCES CREAM CHEESE

½ CUP PEANUT BUTTER

1 CUP POWDERED SUGAR

½ CUP MILK

8 OUNCES COOL WHIP

Directions
CREAM PEANUT BUTTER AND CREAM CHEESE.

MIX IN POWDERED SUGAR AND MILK.

FOLD IN COOL WHIP AND POUR INTO CRUST.
