Dumplings - Michelle Wiles


FLUFFY DUMPLINGS


Ingredients


    1 EGG      


¾ CUP MILK


2 CUPS PLAIN FLOUR


3 TEASPOONS BAKING POWDER


½ TEASPOON SALT


1 TABLESPOON BUTTER (MELTED)


Directions

MIX DRY INGREDIENTS TOGETHER.


BEAT EGG AND MIX WITH MILK.


ADD TO DRY INGREDIENTS MIXTURE.


ADD MELTED BUTTER.


DROP DUMPLINGS BY SPOONFULS INTO ALREADY PREPARED HOT CHICKEN STEW.

 

COOK STEW ON MEDIUM LOW HEAT.

  2. I do so love a nice fluffy dumpling like this! I don't like those flat things some people call dumplings but that are really more of a thick noodle. #WhatsForDinnerSunday
