Lady Fingers - Michelle Wiles



LADY FINGER COOKIES


Ingredients

1 CUP BUTTER (SOFTENED)


½ CUP SUGAR


1 TEASPOON VANILLA


2 CUPS PLAIN FLOUR


1 CUP PECANS(CHOPPED)


1 BOX POWDERED SUGAR


Directions

CREAM BUTTER, SUGAR, AND VANILLA. GRADUALLY ADD FLOUR.


STIR IN PECANS. ROLL INTO SMALL BALLS OR CRESCENT SHAPE.


PLACE ON A UNGREASED COOKIE SHEET.


BAKE 325 DEGREES FOR 12-15 MINUTES.


COOL AND DUST WITH POWDERED SUGAR.
