Cheese Wafers by Michelle Wiles


Ingredients
2 CUP SHARP CHEDDAR CHEESE

1 CUP FLOUR

½ CUP BUTTER (SOFTENED)

½ CUP PECANS 

¼ TEASPOON SALT

¼ TEASPOON CAYENNE 

1 CUP RICE KRISPIES (CRUSHED)

Directions
CREAM CHEESE AND BUTTER.

ADD REMAINING INGREDIENTS.

FORM DOUGH INTO SMALL BALLS.

PLACE ON A COOKIE SHEET.

DIP FORK IN WATER AND PRESS CROSS DESIGN ON TOP OF EACH COOKIE.

BAKE AT 350 FOR 8-10 MINUTES.
