Crockpot Macaroni and Cheese - Michelle Wiles


CROCK POT MACARONI & CHEESE

Ingredients
16 OUNCES MACARONI NOODLES
       
1 SMALL BLOCK VELVETTA CHEESE

1 LARGE CAN EVAPORATED MILK
              
2 ½ CUPS WHOLE MILK
           
3 CUPS SHREDDED SHARP CHEESE

2 EGGS

2 TABLESPOONS BUTTER

SALT/PEPPER TO TASTE

Directions
COOK NOODLES (DRAIN AND RINSE).

COMBINE EGGS AND CANNED MILK AND BEAT. 

IN A GREASED CROCK POT, PLACE ALL INGREDIENTS EXCEPT 1 CUP SHREDDED CHEESE.

STIR TOGETHER AND TOP WITH REMAINING CHEESE.

COOK ON HIGH FOR 45 MINUTES, AND THEN LOW FOR 1 ½ HRS.
