1 1/4 lb. Ground Chuck
1 Egg
1 Onion (Chopped)
1C. Milk
1C. Bread Crumbs
Salt/pepper
Mix all together and place in a loaf pan.
Topping:
1 small can Hunt's Tomato Sauce
1 T. Prepared Mustard
1/4 C. Brown Sugar
Mix together and pour on top of meatloaf.
Bake 375 for 1 Hour
